DGL Acquires Clarkson Freightlines

Family-owned and operated, Clarkson Freightlines provides personalised freight forwarding and logistics services to West Australia’s infrastructure, mining and agricultural sectors, particularly its Midwest and Wheatbelt areas. The company enjoys an impeccable reputation for safety and quality and for proactively developing bespoke solutions for clients when needed. 

Why has DGL purchased Clarkson Freightlines? 

The AU$6.75-million acquisition bolsters what is already a robust and rapidly-expanding DGL presence across Western Australia. The move supports another recent purchase, Temple Warehousing, by providing additional logistics capacity. 

Founder and CEO of DGL, Simon Henry, says:

Settlement took place on 5 September 2022.
