DGL has adopted a series of guidelines in HSEQ with ISO-accredited facilities. DGL’s commitment to HSEQ has led to the facilitation and monitoring of a comprehensive suite of management systems, regular training in key competencies being undertaken with employees and a focus on continual improvement.


Effective
risk management framework and process are important to DGL’s ability to operate and to protect the health and safety of our customers, employees and the environmental impact. DGL has implemented comprehensive safety plans, systems and procedures in order to comply with the range of regulations that apply to the sectors in which it operates. DGL’s processes include the requirement for our employees to complete compulsory on-the-job training.


DGL has a reporting process which requires employees to log all potential hazards and incidents. These reports are provided to management on an ongoing basis, which enables the divisional heads to respond promptly and effectively to any unsafe working conditions. In addition to this, DGL conducts annual independent external audits and ad-hoc inspections to ensure employees are following the Company’s rules and processes and complying with regulations.
