In a move set to expand and strengthen DGL’s environmental solutions services, we are delighted to confirm our acquisition of Australian family-owned bulk liquid tanker waste management facility, Acacia Ridge Container Park.
Queensland’s leading ISO bulk tank container and bulk liquid tanker waste management facility, Acacia Ridge Container Park (ARCP) provides high-quality equipment services to clients transporting bulk chemicals.
Their offering includes ISO tank container and road tanker cleaning, repair and maintenance, steam heating, periodic tank testing, modifications, bulk liquid decanting, extractions and waste disposal, storage and handling, transport and degassing.
DGL Founder and CEO, Simon Henry, explains the strategy behind the AU$5-million part cash, part shares purchase.
“The ARCP purchase grows our environmental solutions capabilities in Queensland. However, it will also add value and benefit to our chemical warehousing services and distribution offering. This is part of a strategic organic growth campaign that will help us to achieve a circular solutions business model and reduce the number of touchpoints we maintain with various suppliers.”
The settlement date is expected in November 2022.
